After a lifetime of pain and chronically shortened muscles, I attented Wellspring School of allied health after many different jobs and found my passion for helping others live in thier bodies with less pain and more mobility. I use a variety of modalities including neuromuscular, myofacial, trigger point and deep tissue to address tightness in the body while still keeping you blissfull and relaxed.

I work out of my house that I share with my two cats Oz and Peanut Butter Face who are in charge of my social media.
